Shipping Methods
We offer two types of shipping options to suit your needs:

- Free of Charge: Standard delivery is completely free for all orders, allowing you to enjoy your purchase without any extra shipping costs.
- Express Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 Business Days
- Additional Charges Apply: Express delivery allows for faster processing and shipping of your order. Please note that express delivery comes with an additional charge, which will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the items.
Order Processing
- Order Processing Days: Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. This includes verifying payment, preparing your order for shipment, and completing necessary packaging.
Please note that during peak shopping seasons or promotional periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within India. If you are outside of India and interested in purchasing, please reach out to our customer service team at customercare@hurecare.com to inquire about international shipping options.
Shipping Days
- Business Days: Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday.
- Excluding Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: You can expect your order to arrive within 4-5 business days from the day of dispatch. This is our most economical option, and it ensures that you receive your product in a reasonable timeframe.
- Express Delivery: If you need your items sooner, we offer express delivery, which typically delivers within 2-4 business days. This option is ideal if you have urgent needs or want to receive your order faster.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online. This allows you to stay updated on the location and estimated arrival time of your package.
Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: Free of charge on all orders.
- Express Delivery: An additional fee will apply, which will be displayed during checkout based on your shipping address and the total weight of the items in your order.
Delivery Exceptions
While we strive to ensure your orders arrive within the expected delivery window, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:- Weather Conditions: Severe weather can impact the timely delivery of your package.
- Shipping Carrier Delays: Occasionally, carriers may experience delays due to high demand or operational issues.
If there is any significant delay in the delivery of your order, you will be notified, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to prevent any damage during transit. We will investigate the issue and assist you with either a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.
